Description

The AC-130 Support is a power-up that costs 3500 per use. When activated, it spawns an AC-130 Gunship into the air. The gunship flies in a circle around the map and targets enemies with its array of weapons: two Gatling guns, one 40mm cannon, and one 105mm howitzer, dealing high damage.

Tips

• It is ideally used in Endless Mode, as the Wave 80 Calamity will call a lot of Adversaries, Entities, Cataclysmics, REDACTEDs and Catastrophics.

Trivia

• The AC-130 Support is voiced by Allain Armean (RambunctiousVA), who also voices the Air Strike and the A-10 Strike
• The AC-130 is an adaptation of the Lockheed AC-130, based on the highly revered C-130 airframe.
• It may be an AC-130E or AC-130H, as they feature two 25mm GAU-12 Equalizers, a 40mm L/60 Bofors along with an 105mm M102 Howitzer.
• The AC-130 was originally an admin only ability before the Endless update that added the AC-130 as a power-up
• GDLIVES, one of John's Usernames is written on the AC-130. This username was most likely misspelt by a texture designer and John most likely didn't see this as an issue of concern.
• This is one of the oldest powerups in the game, due to it being teased in the original trailer way before the game's release.
