Description[]

Eradicator MK II is the final boss of Expert Mode and the fourth boss to be encountered in Endless Mode, debuting on Wave 40 of both modes. He is the second of a series of Eradicators created by Dr. Xenon, and as such has much higher health, damage, and range compared to his predecessor.

Upon being defeated, his left arm will blast off followed shortly by his right. He will then scream into the air before finally dying in a large explosion with a mushroom cloud.

Appearance[]

The Eradicator MK II is reminiscent of the Eradicator, but with a few alterations. His armor is green in contrast to his predecessor’s black, and his helmet accents are now light green. Additionally, his shoulder plates have been removed to make way for other modifications, and his left pec plate no longer bares a pair of neon lights.

As for his weapons, he has a pair of six-barreled rotary medium machine guns affixed to each of his arms by a black brace. Additionally, he has a pair of 2x2 rocket pods mounted on each of his shoulders, which fire small black rockets with a quartet of gray fins and a flat red head. He also has a pair of 1x3 rocket pods on the sides of his legs, though they are unused.

Lastly, upon activating Mechanical Terror, the left side of his visor will shatter, revealing a neon orange eye and some of his teeth.

Strategies[]

  • Several X-5 Juggernauts or Railgunners should be adequate in taking him out in Expert Mode and Endless Mode, as well as the Eradicator he spawns alongside in the latter.
    • In Expert Mode, numerous X-5 Mine Layers placed at the end of long maps can also be used to kill him, assuming the other enemies he spawns alongside were already wiped out.
  • The Eradicator MK II’s attacks can be baited by placing numerous cheap towers such as John away from your main defenses.
    • For his Sedecimal Shots ability, baits should be placed a good distance away from one another due to the rockets having a significant splash radius.
  • Towers that remove stealth with abilities such as bottom path Sniper, Laser Gunner, and Warship can be used to reveal the Eradicator MK II to towers without stealth detection if he has used Visual Interference System.
  • The Eradicator MK II can be frozen with 30+ X-5 Cryo Blasters, though note he has an increased rate of body heat regeneration, and will thaw himself upon activating Mechanical Terror.
  • MK II's attack cycles goes like the following: Rockets, miniguns, rockets, flames, then rockets. This will reset when he's enraged.

Trivia[]

  • The Eradicator MK II was originally created as a joke by concept artist Marcus Lee. However, John Roblox liked his design so much that he was officially added to the game.[1]
  • While the Eradicator MK II has a pair of 1x3 rocket pods on his legs, which are shown to be operational in concept art, he never actually fires them in game.
  • The Eradicator MK II is the only enemy that can stealth himself.
  • The Eradicator MK II's theme "Phuck Your Heart" has every instance of the word "Phuck" silenced in the game as Roblox's moderation wouldn't let the song pass otherwise.
  • The Eradicator MK II’s death was caused by a flaw with his core, as stated by Dr. Xenon in XMAS Nightmare.
  • The Eradicator MK II does not kill any towers upon death despite exploding, while others such as the Apex Predator do.
    • Though, this could be due to him only being encountered as a final boss when he was introduced.
