Description

The Ghost is an offensive-support tower capable of stealthing itself and revealing stealthed enemies with its C7 Drone. It is also able to stealth nearby towers with its Stealth Grenade Ability on its Bottom Path.

Upgrades

The Top Path for Ghost allows it to stealth itself, preventing bosses like Predator and Eradicator from being able to attack it. It also gains an ability that allows it to spawn a C7 Drone that will target specific enemies first over others, such as Elite Grenadiers and Multipliers.

The Bottom Path for Ghost grants it the ability to throw a small splash radius stealth grenade anywhere within its targeting range. This allows it to prevent bosses like Eradicator MK II and Apex Predator from attacking those towers.

Strategies

• Ghost's C7 Drone Ability will prioritize certain enemies over others, Like Grenadiers and multipliers.
  • Be aware that this can kill Multipliers VERY unexpectedly.
  • Do keep in mind that the C7 Drone can be deployed anywhere on the map, making it useful for cleaning up leaks.
  • It is advised to pre-place C7 Drones ahead of waves as placing the drones can be time consuming when using large quantities of Ghosts.
• Any form of damage inflicted upon stealthed towers will incur the loss of the stealthed state. With this in mind it is not that good of an idea to place Ghosts next to unstealthed towers as a boss's AOE attacks can cause ghosts to be unstealthed and potential targets of deadlier attacks before they can regain their stealthed state.
  • The same principle applies with the bottom path Ghost's stealth grenade ability, it is advised to either stealth all towers and chain the ability or to just stealth a small group of high value towers away from other towers to avoid getting hit with AOE attacks.
    • Bear in mind the Eradicator Mark IV And Golden Eradicator MK IV can detect stealthed towers, so Ghost isn't recommended against bosses that can detect Stealth.
• The Ghost is a great early game tower due to its cheap cost, early stealth detection and high DPS, with its DPS at 2-2 even exceeding the Golden Ranger's DPS at 2-2 while being slightly cheaper, albeit without being able to ignore bullet resistance.
• Ghost's C7 Drone Ability can used in tandem with towers such as the Top Path Slammer or the Patrol Boat to greatly increase their effectiveness since they lack direct stealth damage.

Trivia

• The Ghost's upgrade name "World's Deadliest" may be a reference to the Mercenary tower from Tower Battles, which uses the same upgrade name.
• Ghost is the fifth female tower to be added to TDX, following Slammer.
