Description

The Golden Z.E.D. power-up spawns a Golden Z.E.D. with 50,000 onto the path. The unit does 10K DPS, with 32K burst damage from its rockets.

It could formely be obtained for free through the Tower Battles Event via the battlepass, from triumph powerup bonuses from the Tower Battles Nightmare gamemode or the Tower Battles gamemode at an extremely rare chance, or in packs of 5 for 575. It can rarely be obtained from Wave 200 on Endless Mode, or it can be obtained by triumphing Christmas II Nightmare, which guarantees one Golden Z.E.D. per triumph.

Tips

• Do not spawn this unit against Calamity or before Void spawns, as they are able to insta-kill it.
• Make sure any bosses spawned will be able to last long enough for the Golden Z.E.D to be able to collide with, as it has 50,000 Health, so to maximize damage, make sure to use it against bosses like Apex Predator or Eradicator MK I Combat.
• Do not spawn this unit in early game of any gamemode to prevent wasting it.

Trivia

• The Golden Z.E.D. is likely based off the level 5 Golden Zed from Tower Battles: Battlefront. However it doesn't have an additional laser minigun or the "G11" mark.
• The image of this powerup is the G.D.A Z.E.D skin at level 0.
